How do I update for TLS 1.2?

July 1, 2018 is the deadline to update for the new TLS 1.2 encryption standard required by Cayan and other domestic payment processors.  See Cayan’s announcement for more information.

To help identify systems at risk, Retail Mobile Manager version 4.1.67 and later and Retail Mobile POS, version 4.1.129 and later, will display a warning if TLS 1.2 support is not available and is required by July 1, 2018.

To support TLS 1.2, users must install Retail Mobile Services version 4.1.67 or later, available from your Retail Pro Business Partner.
